Single Screw Pump
    The progressive cavity pump is a kind of inner meshing displacement roter rotates in planetary movement in the inner cavity of elastic of elastic stator , hermetic cavities are formed between the stator and rotator . the liquid in cavities moves axially with the turns of the rotor . the medium is transported from the suction end to discharge and smoothly and continuously.

    it can be used for pumping neutral or slight corrosive liquid , uncontaminated or containing little abrasive liquids , containing gases or easy to forth liquid , high viscous liquid which contains fiber material.

Progressive Cavity pump

    Progressive cavity pump(PCP) is a kind of up-to-date oil production equipment ,it consists of two parts :one is the surface driving equipment , which connects with the four-way flange directly and mainly consists of V-belt of motor , pulleys ,the setting resisting inversion ect ; Another is the down-hole pump which consists of a single-lobe rotor and a double stator . the rotor of the pump is made of high strengh steel and its helical surface is specially treated .the stator of the pump has a helical rubber sleeve lined in the steel pipes stator and rotor form seal cavities by contacting . When the rotoro is rotating in the stator , the fluid can be pumped.THe pumps may transporting a variety of fluids ,includeing high viscous oil ,sand-containing crude oil and high water-content liquid ect , this is just because of its few running parts without value parts and complex channels , low loss of hydraulic power ,and its low sand-block ,and air - block ,and because the medium can be continuously pumped and dischanged.
