| We provide a one year limited warranty for our products. The warranty starts from the date of delivery. Normally we change the malfunctioning part or parts of the product. |
Parts Supply (Click to Expand / Contract)
| For our customer's smooth use of our products, we either stock parts of the products or order them directly from the original manufacturer. |
Certification (Click to Expand / Contract)
All of the factories from which we procure our products either are API certified or comply with the API standards or other internationally recognized standards. The manufacturers are also qualified for ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certification. Whenever possible, we may provide the certificates upon the customer's request.

| In most cases we provide a borchure or other introduction materials of the product in English. We may either mail or e-mail them to our customers. |
